Innzout Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the HireZout and ProZout mobile applications (collectively, “the Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights over your data.
By using our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

3. What Data We Collect
3.1 All Users (HireZout & ProZout)

4. How We Use Your Data
We use your information only to operate and improve the Apps. Specifically:
- Matching — Connect customers with relevant nearby professionals
- Authentication — Verify your identity via phone OTP
- Communication — Send notifications about job requests, orders, and updates
- Payments — Process ProZout Pro subscription payments and generate invoices
- KYC verification — Verify professional identity as required by applicable laws
- Customer service — Respond to support queries
- Safety — Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations
- Improvement — Fix bugs and improve features using anonymised crash data
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for unrelated services, or any purpose not listed above.
5. Third-Party Services
To operate the Apps, we share limited data with the following service providers. Each is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

If we onboard additional services that require sharing personally identifiable information beyond the above, we will update this policy and notify users before such sharing begins.
6. Data We Do Not Share
We do not:
- Sell your personal data to any business or individual
- Share your data with advertisers
- Share customer data with professionals beyond what is needed for a specific work order (name, contact, and the job location/address are shared only after a work order is created, so the professional can perform the service)
- Share professional data with customers beyond the public profile (name, categories, ratings, bio)
- Transfer your data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial use
7. Location Data
We access your GPS location only when you actively use the app and grant permission. We use it to:
- Suggest nearby professionals (HireZout)
- Show your service area to potential customers (ProZout)
- Auto-populate your address fields
We do not track your location in the background.
8. KYC and Financial Data
PAN card details collected for KYC verification are:
- Encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- Transmitted only to our verified KYC partner (Sandbox.co.in) for verification
- Not shared with any other party
- Retained as required by applicable Indian financial regulations
9. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will:
- Deactivate your account immediately, then permanently delete and anonymise your personal data after a 60-day grace period (you can restore your account by logging in within those 60 days)
- Retain billing and payment records for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance)
- Retain KYC records as required by applicable financial regulations
10. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us at support@innzout.com and we will delete the account promptly.
11. Security
We protect your data using:
- HTTPS (TLS) for all data transmission
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields (PAN) at rest
- JWT-based authentication with secure token storage on your device
- Access controls limiting which employees can access personal data
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours via in-app notification or email.
12. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Update inaccurate data through the app's profile settings
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data (see the Account & Data Deletion page)
- Withdrawal of Consent — Withdraw consent for data processing (note: this may prevent app functionality)
- Data Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format

13. Changes to This Policy
When we update this Privacy Policy:
- The “Last Updated” date at the top will change
- For material changes — especially changes to third-party data sharing — we will notify you via in-app or push notification before the change takes effect
- Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance
