Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. ProZout Pro subscription

ProZout professionals access the platform through a ProZout Pro monthly subscription, processed via Razorpay. A trial period is included before the first billing cycle begins.

ProZout Pro is a digital subscription that unlocks access to the ProZout app. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Pricing

The current subscription price is displayed in the ProZout app before you subscribe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the amount shown at the time of subscription.

Prices are not permanently fixed. We may change the subscription price when required to sustain and scale platform operations (server costs, support, infrastructure).

3. Price change notice

If we increase the subscription price:

• We will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, via in-app notification and push notification
• You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price applies
• Continuing your subscription after the effective date means you accept the new price

4. Billing

• Billing is monthly and recurring, charged via your Razorpay-linked payment method
• GST-compliant tax invoices are generated for each payment and accessible in the Earnings section of ProZout
• If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period; access is suspended if payment is not resolved within the grace period

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the ProZout app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
